We work with body corporate committees, building managers and property managers to agree a cleaning plan for your building, then turn up and deliver it, week in and week out. Our staff are security checked by the Ministry of Justice before being fully trained.

What we clean
A body corporate cleaning plan can cover every shared space in the building, inside and out. Options include:
- Lobbies, foyers and entranceways
- Hallways, stairwells, landings and lifts
- Vacuuming and mopping of shared floors, plus carpet cleaning
- Shared bathrooms and ablution areas, with consumables and sanitary units provided
- Communal kitchens, kitchenettes and laundries
- Rubbish and recycling rooms, including bin cleaning
- Glass, doors and windows up to two storeys high
- Car parks, storefronts and exterior paths, including water blasting
- Gyms, pools and other resident facilities
Deep cleans, vinyl strip and re-polish, and end-of-lease or after-event cleaning can be added to a regular plan or booked on their own.

Every building is different, so every plan is. Daily, twice weekly and weekly cleans are the most common, and we can add on-call cleaning for the unexpected. Cleaning is scheduled for the times that work for your residents and tenants, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
